Trinidad James hosted his 2nd Annual Camp James Celebrity Basketball Game as well as the Crenshaw Rams Football camp founded by Big U at Crenshaw High School.

“It feels amazing to be able to do it again. I can be honest and tell you it’s not as easy the second time as I thought it would be, but I’m very thankful to the people who continue to help me this year again like Crenshaw’s Big U, Michael Henley (Lil U) and their entire family, Echo Hattix’s PR team, Shoe Palace sneakers and Jason Markk shoe cleaner,” says James. “Last but not least, I’m very thankful to the Crenshaw community. Nothing would matter without their presence.”

The celebrities came out to support the event. In attendance was Wiz Khalifa, Nipsey Hussle, Three 6 Mafia’s Dj Paul, Mally Mall, Ray J and many more. To keep the party going, L.A.’s REAL 92.3 DJ Hed and DJ Looney were playing some of today’s hottest music.

The event was able to collect thousands of donated new and used shoes for the sneaker drive to help local families in need. The event also gave away over 100 gift bags to the youth in attendance, including pairs of Jordan’s and goodies from sponsors Shoe Palace, Jason Markk, Under Armour, Feed the Homeless L.A. and Ray J’s Skoot-E-Bike.
