Star From Netflix’s “Making A Murderer” To Be Released

The co-subject of the gripping Netflix hit “Making a Murderer,” Brendan Dassey, is likely to be released a free man from Wisconsin’s Columbia Correctional Facility after a sentencing that began in 2007. Late on Friday August 12th, U.S. Magistrate Judge William Duffin overturned the conviction on the now 26 year old after finding misconduct in the initial investigation process, calling Dassey’s famous confession to be “involuntary,” giving the state 90 days to appeal the federal order.
